Welcome to CanadaCapital.ca. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Use of Website
Canada Capital provides information and services related to business financing, including unsecured business loans, business lines of credit, revenue-based financing, residential mortgages, and residential construction loans in Ontario. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you are inquiring on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent.
3. No Financial Advice
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Canada Capital is not your advisor or fiduciary. All decisions regarding financing should be made after consulting a qualified professional.
4. User Submissions
When you submit information through forms on our website, you agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
- You have the legal right and authority to submit it, including any business or third-party information
- You authorize us to verify the information provided, including through credit bureaus and financial institutions
5. How We Contact You
By submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email regarding your inquiry and application.
Text messaging requires separate consent. We will only send you text messages if you have expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or by otherwise providing express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, of applying for financing, or of receiving any product or service from us.
6. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive text messages from Canada Capital, the following terms apply.
Program description. Canada Capital sends text messages relating to your financing inquiry and application, including application status updates, document requests, appointment and call scheduling, and — where you have separately consented — information about our financing products and offers.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your application and your interactions with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Canada Capital does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will receive no further texts from that number. You may also opt out by emailing info@canadacapital.ca or calling (833) 900-0043.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@canadacapital.ca or (833) 900-0043 for assistance.
Effect of opting out. Opting out of text messages will not affect your financing application, and we will continue to be able to reach you by phone and email.
Privacy of mobile data. Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is excluded from the third-party sharing described in Section 7 and from all sharing described in our Privacy Policy.
Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility. SMS services are available to individuals aged 18 and over with a compatible mobile device on a supported carrier.
7. Third-Party Disclosures
By submitting an inquiry on our website, you authorize Canada Capital to share the information you provide with third-party lenders, financial institutions, brokers, and funding partners for the purpose of matching you with financing products and assessing your eligibility.
You understand that:
- Your information may be used by these parties to evaluate your eligibility for financing
- Canada Capital does not guarantee approval, funding, or the terms of any offer presented
- While we work only with parties we consider reputable, we are not responsible for their acts, policies, or decisions
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from this authorization and are not shared with third-party lenders or funding partners, as described in Section 6 and in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy governs.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Canada Capital or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada Capital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any content provided. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
